Lead Landscaper

We are seeking an experienced Lead Landscape Crew Person for a full-time, year-round work. This individual will lead crews in landscape maintenance, equipment operation, seasonal property work, snow removal, and winter hardscape projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of managing daily crew operations while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Pay & Schedule

• Target compensation: $25–$26/hour
• Full-time, year-round position
• Consistent work through all seasons including winter operations

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape crews
• Operate ride-on mowers, walk-behind mowers, weed whackers, Bobcats, and light equipment
• Coordinate daily jobsite tasks and maintain production standards
• Assist with snow removal and winter hardscape work
• Maintain safe and efficient work practices
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and no points
• Clean background
• Prior landscape crew leadership experience
• Comfortable operating landscape and light construction equipment
• Team-oriented attitude with dependable attendance
• Ability to work year-round in varying weather conditions
