We are seeking a highly accomplished, results-driven process improvement specialist to lead development, training and an on-going continuous process improvement culture and competency across our companies. The candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiencies through coaching, mentoring and training of the LSS methodology and other process improvement best practices across the organization. Overall leadership and responsibilities include managing program performance, analytics, training, and support systems. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter who has good leadership, problem solving, and communication skills and be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure on-going engagement across the organization.
