Ellie Mental Health is coming to Franklin. Be part of the inaugural team at our brand-new location! Opening Dec. 2026.
If you are seeking a different employment experience, a place where you are supported, appreciated and surrounded by amazing fellow therapists, Ellie Mental Health - Franklin is the place for you. As we grow our practice, we are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC that can supervise other therapists and also have a case load of their own. This is a Sr. level position that could evolve into a Clinic Director position. Ellie Mental Health - Franklin is owned and operated by a local clinical social worker (LICSW), that also owns the Ellie Mental Health in Foxborough. LICSW therapists are also encouraged to apply.
We prioritize our therapists as much as our clients. Ellie makes the clinician’s experience a priority by offering competitive compensation, excellent benefits, training, flexible scheduling, CEU’s, and an incredibly inclusive environment. We take care of all the business side...marketing, centralized support for referrals, scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance contracting, billing and collections, so you can focus on what you love most – providing world-class mental health services.
