You'll play a key role in providing top-notch care for our patients and helping clients feel supported and informed. This is an ideal position for someone that loves mentorship, has strong communication skills, and has a genuine passion for helping pets and their people.

This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 hour schedule and availability needed Monday- Friday.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

Compensation : $33-38 per hour, for each hour worked* Bonus package : $2000 CE allowance : up to $1,000 annually based on tenure Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability Employee Assistance Program 401k options Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law Personal pet discount Uniform allowance Minimum qualifications and skill set:

3+ years of veterinary technician experience Active and good-standing

Licensed

V eterinary Technician (LVT)

in the state of WA ** Experience training new team members Improving workflows and implementing SOPs Proficiency in the following skills:

Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring Dental prophy and x-ray Advanced client education In-house patient care
