This is an ideal position for someone that loves mentorship, has strong communication skills, and has a genuine passion for helping pets and their people.

This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 hour schedule and availability needed Monday- Friday.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

Compensation: $33-38 per hour, for each hour worked*
Bonus package: $2000
CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

3+ years of veterinary technician experience
Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in the state of WA**
Experience training new team members
Improving workflows and implementing SOPs
Proficiency in the following skills:
- Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring
- Dental prophy and x-ray
- Advanced client education
- In-house patient care
