We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for leading by example on the line, maintaining high food quality standards, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute line operations during service with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing line cooks
- Ensure proper prep levels, station organization, and readiness for service
- Support kitchen leadership in managing ticket times and flow of service
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and minimizing waste
- Help enforce kitchen policies, systems, and expectations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Proven ability to lead a station or team during busy service
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen systems
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership mindset with a positive, solutions-driven attitude
