Lead Line Cook

The Lead Line Cook plays a critical role in the kitchen, specializing in the preparation of pasta, salads, and appetizers. This position requires a hands-on approach to food preparation and the ability to lead and coordinate within the line cooking team to ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pasta dishes, salads, and appetizers to recipe specifications
