Ono Kitchen & Bar in downtown Bellingham is a busy scratch kitchen serving PNW-Hawaiian style food. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Lead Line Cook / Kitchen Closing Manager to run our night service and kitchen close. Room for growth into upper management.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour + Profit Sharing (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Line Leadership: Lead the hot line and ticket flow during busy night service.
- The Close: Execute a thorough kitchen close and maintain high sanitation standards.
- BOH Operations: Assist with nightly prep, food rotation, and inventory/ordering.
What We re Looking For:
- 2+ years of high-volume line cook experience (Lead or management experience preferred).
- Total reliability with evening and late-night closing shifts.
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and takes pride in a clean kitchen.
