What You'll Do

• Lead and support the line production team while ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Prepare, season, finish, and plate menu items according to established recipes and specifications
• Execute soups, sauces, entrées, sides, and specialty dishes with attention to detail and minimal waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitary kitchen in compliance with State Health Regulations
• Collaborate with chefs, cooks, dishwashers, servers, and other team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with menu planning, prep coordination, and kitchen production as needed
• Help train, coach, and motivate line cooks to maintain a positive and high-performing kitchen culture

Leadership Responsibilities

• Supervise line cooks during scheduled shifts
• Assign and direct daily kitchen tasks
• Support training and development of culinary team members
• Address operational challenges and help resolve team concerns professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–4 years of professional cooking experience
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, food safety, and ingredient preparation
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
• ServSafe Certification preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work in a busy kitchen environment for extended periods
