What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations during service, maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency across all dishes
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to kitchen staff, modeling best practices and maintaining high standards
- Ensure food safety protocols and sanitation standards are consistently met and exceeded
- Coordinate efficient service execution, managing timing and workflow to meet guest expectations
- Monitor inventory, portion control, and food costs while minimizing waste
