In This Role, You'll:

• Lead and mentor line cooks, fostering a collaborative kitchen culture
  
• Execute wood-fired cooking techniques and manage wood-fired pizza and specialized dishes
  
• Oversee food preparation, plating, and quality standards that reflect our commitment to excellence
  
• Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings
  
• Maintain kitchen operations, inventory, and food safety standards
  
• Support the brewery's food program growth and evolving culinary vision
  

What We're Looking For: You bring solid line cook experience, leadership instincts, and a genuine passion for quality food and the brewery environment. Experience with wood-fired cooking or pizza is a plus. Most importantly, you're eager to grow into a sous chef role and help build something special.
