Lead Maintenance Account Foreman

DMS Landscaping is seeking a proactive and compassionate Maintenance Account Foreman to join our team! As a Maintenance Account Foreman, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients' lives through the creation and maintenance of beautiful and functional landscapes.

Hourly Wage Range of $21-$27/hr. FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of maintenance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead a team of gardeners, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, including but not limited to pruning, fertilizing, watering, and weeding.
• Create and implement customized landscape maintenance plans for each client, considering their specific needs and preferences.
• Monitor plant health and identify and address pest or disease issues.
• Manage and maintain all landscaping equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order.
• Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues and provide expert advice on landscape maintenance best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in landscaping techniques.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping and garden maintenance, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and general horticulture practices
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
