You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems, lead a team, ensure safety compliance, manage inventory, and coordinate with contractors. Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills are essential, and prior property maintenance experience is required. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after a successful period.
