Lead Process Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Groveport, OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00PM - 10:30PM

Are you a hands-on leader who loves keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Lead Process Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! In this role, you'll lead our maintenance crew, keeping equipment in top shape, operations efficient, and our workplace safe and organized. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, planning repairs, and making sure every shift runs like a well-oiled machine.

What You'll Do

• Take the lead in assigning and monitoring daily maintenance activities

• Receive line calls and dispatch maintenance personnel as needed

• Keep accurate documentation of repairs, PMs, and changeovers

• Partner with other leads to ensure smooth shift handoffs

• Coach and train maintenance team members on SOPs and best practices

• Help plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities

• Suggest and implement improvements to boost productivity and equipment performance

• Support safety initiatives and ensure a safe work environment for everyone

• Track and report downtime, assist with budgets, and share cost-saving ideas

• Foster teamwork and accountability in a respectful, supportive environment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
