Lead Maintenance Supervisor Certified

Maintenance Supervisor - Dallas, TX 75236

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team's daily operations
• Oversee work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Manage unit turns and ensure make-readies are completed on schedule
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician
• Apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance
• Strong leadership, organization, and troubleshooting skills
