Lead Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC Certified) - Property Management

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate must be HVAC Certified and have at least 5 years of property management maintenance experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team
- Oversee work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Ensure property grounds and facilities are maintained to company standards
- Manage inventory, vendor relations, and maintenance schedules
- Provide excellent service to residents and respond to emergencies as needed
Qualifications:
- HVAC Certification required
- Minimum 5 years of apartment/property management maintenance experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
