About the Role: Join North American Land Development as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in our Monroe, LA location.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a relevant industry.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, tools, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
