Experienced Maintenance Technician Lead with a strong background in hospitality facilities management. Skilled in overseeing preventive maintenance programs, leading maintenance teams, troubleshooting building systems, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through safe and efficient property operations. Proven ability to manage work orders, maintain regulatory compliance, and reduce equipment downtime in hotel and resort environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Respond to guest and emergency maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations.
- Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Assist with budgeting and capital improvement projects.
- Train and mentor maintenance team members.
