JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Maintenance Technician's role is to maintain the facilities for Eureka Multifamily Group's Properties. Lead Maintenance Technicians should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, cleaning and managing staff.They should be knowledgeable in building and equipment mainte nance procedures and have extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

The employee must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds individually and up to 200 pounds with assistance devices (i.e. hand trucks, appliance dollies, additional persons etc.). Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability focus. Additionally, the employee works in an outdoor environment and is exposed to adverse weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may be moderate to high.
