What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff and grounds team
- Complete service requests quickly and professionally
- Maintain apartments, common areas, pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Coordinate preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure the property is clean, safe, and resident-ready at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents every day
What We're Looking For
- Experience in apartment or property maintenance
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- HVAC certification required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-call for emergencies as needed
- Reliable transportation and a team-first attitude
