TriBridge Residential is actively seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Service Technician for our Plant 64 & Gallery Lofts properties, located in Winston-Salem, NC.

Requirements:
\n
\n
Must have multi-family experience
\n
A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
\n
Strong communication and customer service skills
\n
Ability to read and write English
\n
HVAC certification is required
\n
Ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential
\n
Must own required tools
\n
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
\n
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
\n
Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces is essential
\n
Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
\n
Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
\n
\n
\n
Responsibilities and Duties
\n
\n
Assume emergency on-call duty
\n
Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager
\n
Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily
\n
Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager
\n
\n
Qualifications and Skills

Required education: High school diploma or equivalent
\n

Appliance Repair: 2 years
\n
HVAC Experience: 2 years
\n
Multifamily: 2 years
\n
Plumbing: 2 years
\n
Maintenance Technician: 2 years
\n
Electrical: 2 years
\n
