The role. The Lead Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing mammographic imaging studies and providing leadership oversight within the mammography department. In addition to direct patient imaging, the role involves guiding and supporting technologist staff to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Candidates must be prepared to report in-person to the designated facility; no travel between sites is required.

• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), required
• Registered Radiologic Technologist credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R), required

Compensation. $98,000 - $130,000 per year
