The Engineering Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for bridging technical execution with localized revenue growth. This position will oversee facility projects designed to optimize operations and drive profitability. The Engineering Manager will report directly to the Director of Engineering and will lead a team of direct reports.

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during facility upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.

• Bachelor''s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum Five years of engineering experience, including a minimum of eighteen months in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven track record of managing projects or initiatives that have contributed to revenue targets
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical facility requirements into business outcomes during corporate off sites
• Ability to travel to various facility locations both local and abroad as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to manage facility projects that balance technical constraints with aggressive growth timelines.
