We're looking for a Lead Manager (Inside Sales Representative) who enjoys talking with people, asking thoughtful questions, and helping homeowners find solutions during difficult situations.
This isn't a high-pressure cold-calling sales role. Instead, you'll speak with homeowners who have expressed interest in selling, uncover their goals, build trust, and schedule qualified appointments for our Home Buying Specialists.

What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility is to identify qualified home sellers and move them through our sales process.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in selling their property.
- Make outbound calls to new leads, previous leads, and homeowners from targeted prospect lists.
- Build rapport and uncover each homeowner's situation, motivation, and timeline.
- Qualify leads using our proven sales process.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Home Buying Specialists.
- Maintain accurate notes and activities within our CRM.
- Execute structured follow-up plans through phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels.
- Participate in daily outbound calling blocks to generate new opportunities.
- Work closely with the acquisitions team to provide a smooth experience for homeowners.
- Participate in weekly coaching, role-playing, and call reviews to continually improve your sales skills.

- Stay organized and maintain excellent CRM records.
- Consistently improve through coaching and feedback.
- Schedule high-quality appointments that convert into contracts.

Previous inside sales, customer service, real estate, call center, or appointment-setting experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
- Expected first-year earnings: $40,000-$50,000+
- Base pay plus uncapped performance-based commissions
- Additional earning potential based on results
