The position partners closely with global teams and manufacturing partners, while leading and developing engineers to strengthen capability across Nike's APAC partner network.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORNike is seeking a manufacturing engineering leader who delivers impact through clarity, partnership, and technical depth. This individual demonstrates strong expertise in lean manufacturing, quality systems, industrial engineering, and apparel manufacturing, with the ability to translate strategy into scalable execution.The candidate builds trust across teams, influences partners, and continuously raises the bar for manufacturing excellence. They balance detail orientation with systems thinking—solving complex problems, optimizing processes, and building sustainable capabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as this role connects multiple functions and geographies to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.A minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing systems engineering, quality engineering, or related fieldBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
