Lead Manufacturing Technician

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Lead Manufacturing Technician in Vista, CA.

Your main responsibilities as a Lead Manufacturing Technician:

• Lead tech is responsible for assisting in training and training documentation.
• Coordinate daily operations and distribute tasks to subordinates.
• Follow-up on tasks to ensure completeness/correctness.
• Ensure production is carried out within specified timelines.
• Follow and enforce the procedures outlining production, facilities and equipment.

What we are looking for in a Lead Manufacturing Technician:

• 3-4 years experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing facility - pharmaceutical, biologics, biotech, or medical device industry.
• Experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to lead, motivate, guide, train, coach and develop subordinates while maintaining a team atmosphere.
• Two years of leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines.

Pay Scale:

$72,800 - $79,040 (Dependent on Experience)
