Lead Manufacturing Technician

• Assist the supervisor with task distribution, daily operation coordination, and monitoring task completion within specified timelines
• Conduct on-the-job training for procedures, equipment, and process principles, ensuring proper training documentation
• Enforce cGMP compliance and safety rules by routinely inspecting facility, equipment, and production processes
• Perform real-time audits of production documentation to enforce accuracy and completeness
• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Address complaints and assist department management and HR with resolving employee-related issues
• Perform physical demands including lifting/pushing up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time)
• 3–4 years of experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing facility (pharmaceutical, biologics, biotech, or medical device) required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role preferred
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, industry guidelines, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
