As a lead marketing communications specialist supporting the Commercial Lines Acquisition team, you'll lead the development and execution of communications that increase understanding of Progressive's products and services. In this role, you'll serve as the primary communications partner for the Business Owner's Policy (BOP) product, creating and managing messaging for agents across email, print collateral, and sales communications. You'll use your marketing communications expertise to deliver clear, effective content that supports product awareness, engagement, and business goals.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) roughly three to four times per year.

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of eight years related work experience (i.e., Marketing/Communications)
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field of study (i.e. Communications) and a minimum of five years related work experience (i.e., Marketing/Communications)

Preferred skills

• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across email and print channels
• Prior experience in insurance, financial, or regulated industries
• Content marketing and/or writing experience
• Proven ability to write in defined brand voice
• Comfortable using AI to generate content

Compensation

• $89,600 - $119,500/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
