(Job Title: Lead Marketing Manager) (Location: To Be Determined) (Pay: To Be Determined) Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day relationships with Spanish-language programmers Plan and execute Hispanic co-marketing initiatives including, but not limited to TV production(s), digital tactics, bespoke influencers, and more Collaborate and lead integrated co-marketing campaigns across all functional teams Own co-marketing messaging and creative development by working cross-functionally with partners and agencies Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with legal and content team to advocate for co-marketing imperatives and champion existing programmer partnerships Build strong relationships with internal & external partners, always expanding collaboration that delivers mutual growth and impact Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing or related field 5 years Hispanic marketing or advertising experience Fluent Spanish-language marketer -- must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish Proactive strategic thinker, always identifying opportunity areas Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects Prior agency management experience and ability to achieve results through others Confidence and experience presenting and interacting across all levels of management Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Ability to travel as business needs requireA
