Lead Master Data Analyst

Responsibilities: of the Lead Master Data Analyst: Establish and enforce global governance standards for planning master data, ensuring consistency across manufacturing sites and regions. Own and validate critical planning parameters including lead times, safety stock methodologies, lot sizes, BOM structures, sourcing rules, and capacity settings. Serve as the ERP/MRP SME, investigating planning system anomalies and driving root-cause resolution for excess inventory, shortages, and scheduling disruptions. Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Planning teams to implement ERP enhancements, data harmonization initiatives, and process automation improvements. Develop scalable master data frameworks supporting new product introductions (NPI), acquisitions, and business growth initiatives. Build Power BI dashboards, audit controls, and exception reporting tools to improve planning performance, data quality, and inventory visibility. Qualifications: of the Lead Master Data Analyst: 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, master data governance, ERP administration, or MRP systems within a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise systems. Deep understanding of MRP logic, planning parameter configuration, BOM management, inventory optimization, and capacity modeling. Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations with a focus on supply chain data integrity and system governance. Advanced analytical capabilities including Excel, Power BI, SQL, or related data management tools. APICS CPIM/CSCP certification, Lean Six Sigma experience, and knowledge of regulated environments are highly preferred.
