The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years experience in this field with a background in 5-S Lean Manufacturing. Must be a team player. General knowledge of plastic injection molding and materials. Must be able to drive a forklift. Must have the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks. Computer literacy is a must.
