Lead Mechanical Assembler
Join our team at Twin City Staffing as a lead mechanical assembler on the 2nd shift! We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead, train, and support assembly workers while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: $24.25+/hr. Depending on experience Hours: 3:30 pm – 2 am, Monday -Thursday

Duties of the lead mechanical assembler:
- Lead and train employees in all assembly stations
- Follow assembly instructions and blueprints
- Measure, fit, adjust, and install parts and components
- Use hand and power tools to assemble machine models
- Operate and tend assembling equipment
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Move and handle materials using manual and electric pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate paperwork and production records
Requirements of the lead mechanical assembler:
- Over one year of cross-functional mechanical assembly experience
- Strong blueprint reading/understanding
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Able to lift 70+ lbs.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
