Join us to raise the bar on equipment reliability

At ATS, you will be the go-to expert who keeps production moving, champions continuous improvement, and develops the next generation of technicians. You will pair deep technical skill with data-driven insight to prevent failures before they happen.

How you'll lead

Advance reliability: Design and execute best-in-class preventive maintenance and sophisticated break/fix on mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems. Engineer upgrades that extend asset life and improve throughput.

Master controls: Program, troubleshoot, and fine-tune complex control architectures—diagnosing software, hardware, and configuration issues to stabilize and optimize lines.

Predict and prevent: Deploy infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, power quality analysis, laser interferometry, ball bar methods, and vibration analysis to assess condition and launch proactive maintenance.

Drive CI impact: Lead events, apply CI tools, and deliver measurable results and cost savings.

Be resourceful: Identify and procure parts and supplies; recommend alternative components and engineered solutions for higher reliability.

Elevate standards: Perform to industry benchmarks; uphold 5S and meticulous housekeeping.

Fabricate and repair: Operate lathes, drill presses, grinders, and related metalworking tools; perform welding to build or restore parts as needed.

Improve the system: Research emerging tools and techniques; document and share innovations across ATS locations.

Influence decisions: Provide inputs for new equipment justifications, rebuild/repair proposals, savings analyses, and innovation cases.

Leverage data: Keep records current, review CMMS histories, and analyze trends to guide maintenance plans.

Support the business: Supply technical content for sales quotations and complete T&M assignments.

Grow others: Train and coach less experienced technicians; take on project management responsibilities as assigned.

Protect people: Follow all safety policies; stay situationally aware and address unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately.
