Job Opening: Lead Medical Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis on patient samples
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results
• Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory
• Adhere to laboratory quality control and safety procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
