    Core Responsibilities


    1. Staff Supervision & Leadership

    • Directly oversee MAs and front office staff
    • Create and manage daily/weekly schedules
    • Handle call-outs, coverage, and staffing gaps
    • Train new hires and mentor existing staff
    • Conduct performance feedback and assist in evaluations
    • Enforce policies and workplace standards
    2. Clinic Operations Management

    • Open/close clinic (keyholder responsibilities)
    • Ensure workflow efficiency (patient flow, wait times)
    • Troubleshoot operational issues in real time
    • Act as escalation point for staff and patient concerns
    • Coordinate with off-site leadership or corporate teams
    3. Clinical Oversight

    • Ensure proper clinical procedures and protocols are followed
    • Maintain quality control (vitals, documentation, infection control)
    • Assist providers as needed (rooming patients, procedures)
    • Monitor compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and clinical guidelines
    4. Administrative Duties

    • Oversee inventory and medical supplies ordering
    • Manage equipment maintenance and vendor coordination
    • Ensure accurate charting and EMR usage
    • Assist with audits and reporting metrics (if applicable)
    5. Patient Experience & Issue Resolution

    • Handle escalated patient complaints or concerns
    • Ensure high standard of care and service
    • Support front desk in high-volume situations

    Key Qualifications

    • Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA preferred)
    • 3–5+ years of MA experience
    • 1–2+ years in a leadership or senior MA role (preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and EMR systems
    • Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to work independently without on-site supervision

    Compensation: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
