We invite you to join our dynamic team of mental health practitioners and leaders at our Woburn office. Our office is conveniently located at W.Cummings Park between Route 93 and Route 95. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed in MA and able to supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure. Responsibilities Include:
Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Maintaining a caseload of clients
Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure
Assisting with administrative duties as determined by Regional Clinic Director
CredentialingRequirements
Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and have licensure in their designated field
Candidates will hold clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, Ph.D, Psy.D). and be able to provide supervision for clinicians seeking licensure
Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skills
Candidates should be able to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to work within a multi-cultural lens
Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems
Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus
