The Schedule & Pay
Fri–Sun, 9:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40. A focused, three‑day sprint in a fully air‑conditioned, professional shop.
Your Impact
Deliver efficient, high‑quality MIG/GMAW welds that meet demanding OEM specifications.
Run first‑article inspections and submit to Quality Assurance before production release.
Log production counts accurately for parts accountability and throughput tracking.
Sequence work by complexity, welding method, and estimated completion to keep jobs on time.
Support related fabrication tasks to maintain flow and safety.
Must‑Haves
Ability to work Fri–Sun 9:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m. (36 hrs paid as 40)
3+ years of MIG welding/fabrication experience
Blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation
Competence in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill positions
Experience with mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel
Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and safety
