Lead Migration Architect / Engagement Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business architecture - site, hub and library design for converted file shares.

SharePoint Online service limits: list view threshold, file size caps, URL length limits and storage quotas.

Throttling and bandwidth planning for tenant-scale migrations.

Destination-pattern decisioning across OneDrive, SharePoint and ECFS/Panzura.

Migration tool selection - ShareGate Migrate Pro versus Microsoft Migration Manager.

Path-depth and folder-flattening remediation strategy.

Regulated financial-services delivery: audit evidence, retention carry-forward, Restricted data and PII handling.

Engagement management, SOW scope control and executive status reporting.

Required Experience

Strong experience leading enterprise file-share migrations to Microsoft 365 and hybrid file platforms.

Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, ECFS/Panzura, ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Manager.

Experience delivering regulated financial-services programs with formal governance, security and audit controls.

Key Responsibilities

Define the target architecture, destination patterns and migration tool strategy.

Establish path-length, folder-flattening, throttling and bandwidth approaches.

Provide technical direction across discovery, remediation, migration, validation and cutover.

Own technical escalations, vendor accountability, SOW scope control and executive reporting.

Ensure retention, restricted-data, PII and audit-evidence requirements are addressed.

Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
