Challenges you’ll tackle

• Lead high‑level diagnostics and repairs on heavy‑duty diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems (CAN bus, ECM), plus medium/light‑duty units.
• Execute engine overhauls, rebuilds, and intricate component repairs.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and OEM documentation to solve complex issues.
• Operate cranes and other specialized gear to complete demanding maintenance tasks.
• Coach junior technicians; foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough service records and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What equips you for success

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–10+ years in heavy equipment, diesel, or hydraulic system repair.
• Subject‑matter expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Advanced diagnostic proficiency (including CAN bus and ECM) and complex repair capability.
• Full professional tool kit suited to mobile service.
• Strong personal organization and the autonomy to excel under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license; able to operate a company vehicle.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working indoors and outdoors.

Preferred edge

• ASE T2–T8 certifications or Master Diesel Technician credentials.
• Experience as a lead tech, supervisor, or shop manager.
• Field service/mobile repair track record and confident customer communication on job sites.
