Lead Mobile Phlebotomist

Clariti Diagnostics is seeking a dependable, organized Lead Moblie Phlebotomist to support our Columbus-area operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine specimen collections at assigned facilities
• Manage phlebotomy supplies and inventory
• Assist with scheduling and day-to-day support of the local phlebotomy team
• Coordinate and ensure adequate STAT coverage
• Support proper specimen collection, handling, and documentation
• Communicate staffing or operational concerns to leadership

Qualifications:

• Phlebotomy experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred

This position reports directly to the Ohio Phlebotomy Supervisor.
