About the Role:
Constant Education Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Montessori Teacher to join their team in South Orange County, CA! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, individualized Montessori-based lessons aligned with child development principles
• Prepare and maintain an organized, inviting Montessori classroom environment with age-appropriate materials
• Observe and assess each child's progress, adapting instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Guide students in developing independence, problem-solving skills, and social-emotional growth
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities
• Mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom aides
• Collaborate with school leadership to uphold Montessori philosophy and program standards

Requirements:

• Montessori certification (AMI or AMS preferred) required 
• Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in a Montessori classroom setting
• Strong understanding of child development and Montessori pedagogy
• Valid California teaching credential or Child Development Permit preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
