The Wet End Leadman assists in overseeing operations in the lamination area and supports the foreman with the startup and operation of the lamination end of the manufacturing line. This role ensures smooth production flow, quality output, and proper coordination of materials and team activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the foreman with the startup and operation of the lamination end of the manufacturing line
Supervise the lamination end of the production line
Coordinate the delivery of raw materials to the manufacturing area
Assist with film delivery and splicing
Assist with color changes and mold changes
Assume foreman duties in the foremans absence
Help troubleshoot and resolve laminate quality issues and irregularities
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good color vision
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment
Employees work in an open area inside the facility that is well-lit. The area is not air-conditioned and may become warm during the summer months.
