Job Description
The Wet End Leadman assists the Production Foreman with the startup and operation of the lamination (wet end) of the manufacturing line. This position helps oversee daily operations, ensures efficient production flow, maintains product quality, coordinates material movement, and supports the production team to maximize output while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the foreman with the startup and operation of the lamination end of the manufacturing line.
Supervise daily operations on the wet end of the production line.
Coordinate the delivery of raw materials to the manufacturing area.
Assist with film delivery and splicing.
Assist with color changes and mold changes.
Perform foreman duties in the foreman's absence.
Troubleshoot laminate quality issues and production irregularities.
Stack fiberglass panels as part of daily production.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist other departments as needed.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
