Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate specializes in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead the planning and execution of the ServiceNow to Freshservice migration, including data migration, workflow mapping, and cutover activities.

• Administer and maintain the Freshservice platform, including ITSM modules, asset management, service catalog, workflow automation, and reporting.

• Design, build, and support integrations between Freshservice and third-party systems to ensure reliable data flow.

• Direct and coordinate the daily technical activities of offshore contractor resources, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate service management requirements into platform configurations and automated workflows.

• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve system performance and stability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, or related roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, ADF, and ADLS.

• Experience designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines within the banking or financial services domain.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
