Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Mover & Driver to join our team! As a Lead Mover & Driver, you will be meeting at our dispatch location in North Austin each day you're scheduled. At Limestone, we highly value our customers and employees - and want to make sure that working with us is a positive experience for everyone. We are looking for responsible, respectful, and positive team players to join our organization.
Responsibilities
Drive our 26" Box trucks to the job locations for the day
Communicate with the customer about arrival times to each location
Manage and instruct the team of movers on the job with you
Ensure all boxes are properly packed, and all furniture is ready to move safely
Load everything into the truck or vehicle with the team, taking care to make sure everything is well organized and the load is properly distributed
Unload all boxes, furniture, and equipment, placing them in the designated rooms as noted by the owners
Take responsibility for the customer experience and make sure that our services exceed their expectations
Qualifications
Hold an active and compliant Driver's License
Strong communication and customer service skills
Works well in a team environment
Can comfortably work in all weather conditions
Can lift and move heavy objects
Can work on your feet for much of the day
