Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Mover & Driver to join our team! As a Lead Mover & Driver, you will be meeting at our dispatch location in North Austin each day you're scheduled. At Limestone, we highly value our customers and employees - and want to make sure that working with us is a positive experience for everyone. We are looking for responsible, respectful, and positive team players to join our organization.

Responsibilities 

• Drive our 26" Box trucks to the job locations for the day
• Communicate with the customer about arrival times to each location
• Manage and instruct the team of movers on the job with you
• Ensure all boxes are properly packed, and all furniture is ready to move safely
• Load everything into the truck or vehicle with the team, taking care to make sure everything is well organized and the load is properly distributed 
• Unload all boxes, furniture, and equipment, placing them in the designated rooms as noted by the owners
• Take responsibility for the customer experience and make sure that our services exceed their expectations

Qualifications

• Hold an active and compliant Driver's License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Can comfortably work in all weather conditions
• Can lift and move heavy objects
• Can work on your feet for much of the day

• 15-minute Screening Interview with our Service Manager
• Limestone Orientation with our Dispatch and Crew (half-day unpaid)
• Training Jobs ($18/hr) + Tips
• Full-time Mover ($20/hr) + Tips
• Full-time Driver ($22/hr) + Tips
