At PDX Movers, our Lead Drivers do more than drive—they run the crew, deliver great customer service, and take home weekly pay plus excellent tips. If you have driver or warehouse leadership experience and want consistent work with a growing company, we want to talk to you this week.

What You'll Do:
Safely operate company moving trucks (non-CDL)
Lead a crew of 2–4 movers on residential and commercial jobs
Wrap, load, pack, and protect customer furniture and belongings
Keep the move running smoothly, efficiently, and safely
Be the main point of contact for the customer on-site
What We're Looking For:
Valid Driver's License (held for 2+ years) with a clean driving record (no major violations in past 5 years)
Physical ability to lift and move 75–100+ lbs repeatedly
Prior experience in moving, delivery, route driving, warehouse, or crew leadership
Punctual, reliable, and strong communication skills
