The Lead MR Technologist performs complex MRI procedures using 1.5T and 3.0T systems while providing direct leadership and supervision to ensure efficient patient care and imaging operations. Responsibilities include operating MRI-safe devices, assisting with interventional procedures, administering contrast materials under radiologist supervision and maintaining detailed patient and imaging records in compliance with regulations. You will assist in coordinating patient flow, supervising staff performance, enforcing safety protocols and ensuring proper equipment and supply management. You will also provide patient education, monitor patient safety and their comfort while adhering to strict confidentiality and infection control standards across all UCLA Health System imaging locations.
Salary Range: $60.51 - $79.82 Hourly
