Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and milestone deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate daily project activities
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure work is completed to specifications
- Partner with project management teams to proactively resolve field issues and maintain project momentum

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Superintendent on multifamily construction projects
- Strong understanding of wood-frame, podium, wrap, garden-style, and large-scale residential construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex project schedules
- Expertise in construction sequencing, safety management, and quality assurance
- Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
