Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Myerstown, PA. The ideal candidate will lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, process optimization, and technology adoption.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $37/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including MES, robotics, and advanced analytics solutions.

• Manage cross-functional teams and external technology partners to deliver large-scale manufacturing and operational excellence programs.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.

• Oversee the implementation and adoption of digital manufacturing technologies to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

• Develop and deploy digital learning, training, and capability-building programs for manufacturing and operations teams.

• Monitor program performance, manage project risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in leadership, production, or supervisory roles within FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

• Proven experience leading digital transformation and automation programs, including MES, robotics, and advanced analytics implementations.

• Strong expertise in cross-functional program leadership, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma), and digital capability-building initiatives.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
